I also saw this company's offer to try their mineral cosmetics for only 4.95 S&H. Luckily, when they sent me a confirmation e-mail, I read it carefully and saw that if I kept the cosmetics they would charge me $90. I immediately sent them an e-mail telling them to cancel my order. They did not respond until the next day (even though they are located in CA, and therefore are 3 hours behind me). They told me it was too late to cancel; the order was shipped. They told me I could return it unopened and receive a full refund. Once I received the box, I called to get an RMA number to return my package. While I was talking to the rep, he told me that my order was actually shipped two days AFTER I e-mailed them to cancel the order! I was livid. I was then told that not only would I not receive a refund for my shipping charges, but I would also not receive the original shipping.

So, out of the 38.95 plus another 10.00 to return it, I received a refund of 29.00.

A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Do not fall for this!
