Order was placed/check sent on 3/8 and check was cashed on 4/3. Three weeks later, no order had been shipped. To this date, no order has been received 4/20 called to inquire about order and was told that it would be expedited. No ordered recieved on Monday, so I called again on 4/24 and was told the order would be shipped on Friday 4/27. I fully expected to receive the pans on Monday 4/30. Again, no pans! I called on Tuesday 5/2 and AGAIN was told the order had not been shipped, but would be shipped by May 15th; TWO MORE WEEKS! I told them this was completely unacceptable, and that I did not think it was even legal for them to cash my check before the order had been shipped, but the manager said it was legal. I told the manager to either ship the order overnight or cancel the order and immediately credit my checking account with a full refund. I was told neither was a possibility because I had paid by check. Each time I called to inquire about our order, I was told that they were on back order, but it took this company no time to cash the check for this order before it was even filled. I was offered no solution to the problem, by the Supervisor MLM#8043, who kept saying she was sorry I felt the way I did and that whoever had promised a shipping date should never have done that, and they would check in to that to find out who it was! Since I could not convince the supervisor to overnight ship my order, or electronically refund my full cost to my checking account, I chose to cancel the order and am waiting the "promised" 7-10 days for my refund check. The sad thing is, these pans have now been made available at WalMart!
