I purchased a variable-pearl band for $1200 from their website. One sporting plus it was kinked. I sent it back. The allegedly set it, however the hold would not work. I delivered it again also it returned the identical, the hold still woldnot work. Due to medical issues I simply allow it to sit-in my jewlery box to get a month. Then I got it to my jeweler who covered it over my arm, also it kinked again. He explained the band couldn't be fixed. It'd kink each time I used it, therefore he offered it back to me. After I named Jewel Buying they stated the one month guarantee had terminated and that was that. I had been caught having a band which was unwearable. Additionally, I delivered another product for them. It requires 3 months atleast in order for them to return your cash for your credit card. A FEW MONTHS! That's uncommon! They don't remain behind their goods. Personally I think I had been scammed since I have haven't had the opportunity to use this band.
