Big rip off

We requested a Masonic band for the kids birthday. The band was excellent, but far too little. We adopted all directions and delivered the band by Jewel Nation's guidelines. They obtained the band back on 8-15-08, and we've had only run-around about obtaining our cash back. Each individual we talk to confirms this will have now been looked after and they'll individually provide it towards the credit department. And we ought to have our $189.00 in a couple of days.

Well, we do not have it back, and we are tired of the lies, but we cannot locate other people to speak with. Jewel Nation Community is just a LARGE ripoff.
