I've simply submitted using the BBB and today you regarding this FRAUD. XM Manufacturers seemed as an ad on Aol Website.

I supplied them my creditcardnumber to look after the delivery to test their item. They've since billed my card twice $139.97 every time! I've declined all attemps of merchandise shipping. USPS and advantages. I called the organization to determine after I might anticipate my consideration to become acknowledged for declined item. They explained that results visit a seperate location and they wouldn't be crediting my bill! They'd not credit tablet items is what I'd been informed. I advised the lady that I'd be processing a using the BBB, etc. And he or she truly did not care. Evidently their conditions and terms mentioned something which they experience they're legit.
