I told them used to donot get the item and was billed, please eliminate cost and stop purchase. The individual mentioned it had been completed. Received Jan lender record and was cost 87.13 twice -no item and never the total amount I decided to. I named plus they declined to return the total amount and stated they'll quit cargo by today. I'm today processing costs with my lender for illegal costs to my consideration and they'll examine.
