Refusing to refund products returned

I also requested Essential Acai thinking I had been being billed just for delivery and handling costs for their so-called free test. After I put the purchase there is no note or contract by me for extra charges in my experience charge card, just the test delivery and costs. Their was no statement with no bill or data incorporated with the cargo, just the item. Because the item didn't are they assured; I delivered unopenned the following three deliveries, designated declined and never desired. I had been unaware they were getting my charge card $86.00 per cargo, despite the fact that I had been declining to simply accept the merchandise. Since I have didn't accept the extra deliveries, I had been returning them. Today, they're informing me I can't be returned my cash, my only choice would be to take the 3 deliveries that they delivered and that I declined.
