Being charged after telling them to take me off their mailing list

I named the corporation on 1/7/09 and was told that they would cancel any future orders and would refund my credit card within 4-5 times. I delivered the merchandise on 1/7/09 and had delivery confirmation from USPS that it was delivered to them on 1/9/09.

On 1/16/09 my charge card was billed $78.81 again that will be $83.80 without the delivery costs of $4.99.

After I had named the very first time the individual I talked to desired to understand when the price of the merchandise was excessive and was prepared to discuss to get a reduced cost. I declined the present and informed him to simply take-me off their subscriber list and that I could be returning the merchandise that evening (1/7/09).

After I called the 2nd time on 1/29/09 I informed the individual (Sirrus) I talked compared to that my charge card have been billed again and that I hadn't obtained any item this time around. Sirrus explained to contact them after I obtained the merchandise and that I could be provided a termination # and my consideration could be returned.
