Unauthorized Charges

I ordered a "free" (pay S&H only) bottle of Acai Detox, for which I paid $3.95 plus 2 foreign transaction fees, totalling $0.11. Before I even received the product, I called and cancelled future shipments — I only wanted to try it for 30 days, and if it worked, I planned to purchase more. Since then, I have been charged $41.14 on 6/8, $89.74 on 6/16, a second charge of $89.74 also on 6/16, but they credited that transaction on 6/19. So far, I am out $130.88. Many odd small charges for "foreign transaction fees".

I called again today and they told me that I never cancelled my order. I spoke to Anna, and got no where; so i asked to speak to her supervisor. I then spoke to "Sam" who sounded exactly like Anna. She also told me i did not cancel my order until today (6/22). Furthermore, I was told that I ordered a second product, some type of cleansing agent, for which I was charged $41.14. (I didn't even know they HAD a second product!) AND the $89.74 charge was for the first body of "free" product that I paid S&H on.

After haggling with Sam for 25 min., she said she escalated my complaint to the "refund department". No name could be given to me. IF my refund is granted, I will be notifed by email; and I can call back in 3 days to see if my refund was issued. There goes another 30 min. Of my life on hold.

I can't even say if this product works because I haven't tried it yet. I was on vacation. But even if it does, i will not do business with these people. This is a scam. Do not fall for it!
