Useless Protection Policy/resizing erro

I purchased my spouse a and mix and had, without having to be informed the price, 100 bucks put into the statement for safety plan. Sadly the band needed to be resized so when gathered was so large my spouse can't use it on any finger just in case she drops it, she did not try it on within the store once we were in a rush and required it on confidence because the helper had calculated her hand.
