Refunds... Nothing but thieves!

I bought the product on 2/4/09 and was put into the auto-ship HECK. I called on 3/16 and ended. They'd previously delivered the Next round, therefore, I delivered it plus they delivered some of what I had been billed. I approved that, since, I waited to stop. They returned quickly the reduced part. Subsequently on 4/6, they got out another $91.82 from my bill. I instantly named and was informed they had previously delivered my purchase which I'd need to wait till it had been delivered for them. I proceeded to claim that I ought to not need to hold back, when I had previously ended. I had been informed the reimbursement could be in my consideration within 3-5 times which I'd obtain a message confirming. On 4/9, because it was 3 days and there have been no mail, I named again and was informed they'd increased my criticism for their discounts division which it'd be 3/5 times. This truly ticked me down, and so I named again on 4/15 - no mail however. I had been again informed it had been increased towards the discounts department also it could be 3-5 times. I waited until 4/20,4/21& 4/22same precise scenario. Obviously, I'll acknowledge, I've not been excellent in virtually any call since 4-6 and that I am getting worse with each phone. I've now started to contact them thieves, every one of them-and I had been again GUARANTEED that my reimbursement could be in my own consideration within 5 times. I'm today within the 4th or fifth 3-5 day delay. Our problem is, are they likely to draw this garbage again the following month? And when they are doing return are they likely to try to short-change me again.

I'd not suggest buying something from their store... in case that you don't enjoy it.
