Erroneous charges

I replied to some free item online. Upon getting the free product I obtained an unsolicted product that we declined the cargo. Unopened and delivered to sender! I had been billed two costs associated with the unaccepted product. After calling and telling them that not just had I not approved the merchandise, I needed my title and extra info erased from their client listing, I did so obtain breaks the next month. Nevertheless, the following month their is another cost associated with this same event. I called again to see them of my prior discussion and demand. Within the span of speaking the owner advised me I'd been billed again the next month. I mentioned that I'd not spend these costs which I'd enroll grievances with my charge card organization as well as on any website on the web.
