I'd ended my hosting account with 1 and 1, but come to discover they nevertheless billed by Paypal account. After I named to ask why these were still getting my consideration they stated “We don't have any report of one's cancellation”. I advised them the email was delivered using the client quantity and email address mounted on that consideration plus they nevertheless couldn't find my mail. The folks at 1 and 1 found the final outcome they “missed” submitted the e-mail termination. How handy, right? Whenever we completed with my run-around I had been informed the consideration was TODAY FORMALLY ended and that I might get a return. Well, 14 days later but still no reimbursement. I called again, to discover they don't know what occurred to my reimbursement and today my problem had been esculated, why today and never at first I don't understand. I had been informed the reimbursement could be in my aacount in 3 times. I named Paypal to determine when they had something to get a reimbursement from 1 and 1, I had been advised nothing emerged through on the finish. Again, I named 1 and 1, this time around talked to some condescending peon. He explained that Paypal lied also it was... Get this…all my problem! How is the fact that for customer support. I experienced hoops to stop this consideration which is my problem 1 and 1 “misplaced” my termination. Today I'm being informed by 1 and 1 Paypal must have my reimbursement by tomorrow. This can be a laugh. Customer be ware.
