Fraud - Received and charged for Items not ordered

I requested an effort item of acai and pomclear. Was just designed to pay shipping and handling. Obtained additional items that I didnot purchase and since I didnot browse the really fine-print (needed to return in 15 times - but needed to contact the 888 quantity first) - was billed 44.95 twice. I named nowadays to come back them and needed to delay over one hour to obtain a live person about the telephone. I forgot to obtain the RMA number - therefore today I've to begin once again.
