Charging my credit card without authorization

Oprah recommended an item named the Acai Natural Test — next point I understand, I'm charged for products that used to do not purchase (but since I didn't press "off" 2 additional items, I requested them automagically). Then I requested another test item and today they're charging me for extra containers that we didn't purchase. It struck my bill today as impending and claims: CHECKCARD 11/10 CCNNUT RA 8886928352 Arizona I tried calling that (obvious) telephone number and obtain a sign such as the telephone is off the catch.
