Billed for something I did not order was suspose to pay only s/h of 4.95

I requested an effort 30 days offer of Pomclear and was to pay for $4.95 for delivery after which after I obtained the merchandise there is 2 additional items along with a statement for 44.85. They would like to cost me A - 15% restocking charge easily deliver it back after which additionally I'll need to spend to deliver it back. Used to do not purchase anything-but an effort 30 days offer of the item which was all I needed. Thanks Tambra
