Over charged, sent products not ordered

I requested an effort item type Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc.

I had been to pay for only shipping of $4.95. Once the purchase arrived there have been two additional items inside that they charged me for. Easily wish to return them I've to contact an 888 number and obtain a return product quantity. I named and there is a 20min. 30 sec. Keep time. Today I'm being billed $44.95 for this test purchase. Plus I'll be billed A - 15% restock ledge charge for that two products used to do not purchase. Personally I think this is just a fraud and that I wish to return the whole cargo.
