Credit card charged for things i di dnot orde

I put an order for that 14-day trial of acai dust. I then found out that my credit card was charged for 44.85. Thye had charged me for issues i did so not purchase. I've been trying for days to contact them but the waiting time is between 54 to 75 moments. The email addres usually returns postmaster delivered mail/person unkown. They say they will ship the porduct within 5 to 7 business days. Never got it and so i approached my credit card company and put the charge in challenge.

I got my package on 12/5 and that i wish to return it from the inovie claims i can not return the package with no rma. Can't-get tha that since i can not have them to the phone or by email.

I intend to dispute this number flat rhow long it requires.
