On 11/10, I agreed to a 'free trial of 1 Acai Pure, a product promotion offered by Central Coast Lutraceuticals, Inc. My free trial arrived with no charge for the Acai. However I was charged for two products that I did not request, in addition to shipping charges for the package.

My order # is 1624274.

The total amount on my 'free trial' was $44.85.

The company will not accept returns without a delivery confirmation from the Customer Care department. Refunds will not be made on packages marked "Return to sender".

The Customer Service has a 70 minute hold time.

I have found a number of complaints against this company for the same fraudulant charges.
