Over charged

I ordered Acai Pure as a trial sample and was sent two other items and my credit card was charged $48.. I returned the two items that I did not purchase and asked for a refund. The next month I was sent another bottle of Acai Pure which I did not order and once again my credit card was charged $44.90. Because we recently moved, I did not receive the order within the time frame to return it, so I am stuck with the product and a charge to my credit card. I tried to contact Central Coast and was on hold for over an hour, the sales person I spoke to said that I could not return it but they would submit the paperwork to take my name off of the monthly mailing list, BUT they had already sent the next month's supply and to return that for a credit I would have to call back, when I am doing right now and it has been over 90 minutes, and they would provide me with the information to send the Acai Pure back. I thought it was only a trial sample. How do you get your money back and have them stop sending the stuff??? Help!!!
