Totally without my permission and knowledge I was charged $39.99 twice on one months credit card statement. I have always purchased goods and services over the internet - but this shakes ones' confidence in doing so. I am curious to know if anyone has contacted the attorney general as respects montsr.com's continual disregard for fair billing practices?
