The client support at Zales leaves too much to be preferred. I purchased a wrist watch online on 12/25/07 with my giftcard. They allegedly acknowledged my giftcard again but everytime I examine the total amount it is £. I have named them atleast 9 occasions plus they state that their program exhibits a credit t was designed to the card-but for whatever reason it did not undergo. Today, the good ting is always to deliver a brand new gift-card while they work-out their disorganized sales... No... They WOn't provide me my shop credit back till they determine where they place their very own cash and it is mid- February.
