Defective Clothing

I purchased a sweater for my daughter on Friday night and gave it to her Saturday morning. She put it on and it had a huge hole in the seam, which I somehow missed. I tried to exchange the sweater at the same store that I purchased it at. They were very unhelpful and condescending. I did not have the receipt, grated, but all I wanted to do was exchange it for the exact same sweater. They refused and made me feel like an idiot for even suggesting it. I have a copy of the charge on my credit card, but to no use. I will never shop here again. The male manager at the Portage Crossroads Mall location is not very customer friendly and seemed completely put out to even have to help out the cashier.
