Run in the sleeve of sweater - Croft & Barrow

I bought a Croft & Barrow pull over sweater and after I took the tags off and wore it one time, I noticed that there was a run in the sleeve. I cannot take the sweater back because I took the tags off and wore it. I don't even have the receipt. Is there anyway that I can get compensation for the sweater? I do not even know the price of the sweater.
