Loreal Elvive Nutrigloss - left hair course and dull - elvive nutrigloss shine shampoo and conditione

I've recently changed my shampoo and conditioner from Elvive Triple Resist, to the Elvive Nutrigloss, but am so unhappy with the product, as it's made my hair course and dull and I've now noticed dandruff, something I've never had when using the Triple resist. Could Loreal please take back the Nutrigloss, and swop it for the Triple Resist, which is was very happy with.
