L'Oreal Shampoo disappointment

I live in Shanghai. For a quite long time I've been using Loreal products, mainly for hair care. I must say I was satisfied with Loreal products until few days ago. I bought shampoo (which I always use) and it turned out it was not good at all. Namely, after washing, my hair was even worse then before using your product. It was not pleasant feeling. My hair was oily, sticky, very strange under my fingers, well with one word - awful. Same shampoo my friend was using and she have had same experience.

The product was bought from reliable distributor (Carrefour, as well as shopping malls with official brands).
