Conditioner missing from sealed box of hair colour

Hi, I started colouring my hair with Loreal Superior Preference 9.1 Viking Light Ash Blonde. I had the hair colour mixed and then got the conditioner ready for the rinsing, but it was not in the package. I was very disappointed to think I paid for an item which was missing from a sealed box. It is disappointing because the conditioner is usually very good. I was lucky that I did have some conditioner from a previous colour available. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
