Still haven't received purchas

Order over the phone from hollister and still haven't receive anything after 2 weeks. I'm pissed because this was suppose to be a gift and now it really doesn't matter if it comes or not. I just want them to refund my card so I can go on with my life. When I asked customer service about it they said hey are having issues with there new order system. But didnt tell me anything else. I'm tired of this. I will never order from them again.
