Slow response to order, and backorder and slow mail. - Hollister clothing

I ordered a t-shirt for my grand-daughter for Xmas on the Hollister internet site. The shirt was backordered as they were out of it when I placed my order. However it took several days for them to tell me it was not in stock via email. So now it was too late to stop the order. Once the t-shirt was in, it was stated to be shipped Fed Ex. However it was sent regular snail mail and took several weeks to arrive. Customer Service is not good! Will never order from them again.
