Fantastic Sams
Fantastic Sams ruined my hair!

I went into the Fantastic Sam's in Smithfield, NC to have my hair colored (medium blonde) and have my hair cut. Well, lo and behold after the girl got done, my hair was red and I currently look like Ronald McDonald. Well, I let the girl know I was upset and she would have to fix this mess! Well, during this time, the male stylist came over to me and told me he had less than 2 weeks to work here and proceeded to tell me off, cursed me and told me that this happens and to give us a chance to fix it and I told him to mind his own business! Needless to say, my hair was not fixed to my satisfaction, but I did end up paying the stylist for my haircut and I let her know, she lost a customer, but then again, the whole 2 hrs and 45 mins I was there, not one customer came into the business, so it will probably be closed next week.
