Voucher Booking Took Weeks and Refund Refused

I bought 3 voucher at the same time different product, spent 4 weeks trying to order 2 of the vouchers and it felt like another part time job. 3rd voucher was worse, web site not good and phone was always engaged, call Groupon for help, said they will give the money to spend again on Groupon, but will not refund. What you expect me to buy another voucher and spend a month trying to book. Please stop buying these vouchers not worth the hassle.
