Group no help

I baught 3 voucher at the same time diffrent product, spent 4 weeks trying to order 2 of the vouchers and it felt like another part time job. 3rd voucher was worse, web site not good and phone was always engaged, call group on for help, said they will give the money to spend again on group on, but will not refund. What you expect me to bouy another voucher and spend a month tring to book. Please stop buying these vouchers not worth the hassle.
