The firm have just sent an email to state the warehouse has had a leak and the good are damaged!!! So automatic refund. Personally I think someone there cocked up the pricing and they don't want to honour the deal... Guess they would rather ruin their customers Christmas.
There phone is always engaged, if you do get through, it rings for about 2 minutes and then cuts off... What rubbish!!!
