Nu look academy
Unable to contact Nu Look Academy

Bought a £40 odd pound session at Nu Look Academy in Windsor, and received a Groupon voucher. Since then, (beginning of January) have been unable to make any contact with them by email or web. Managed to talk to a company that occupied the same building in Windsor (Claremont House, 70-72 Alma Road, Windsor) and was informed that the building was a serviced office address, and that they had no idea of who Nu Look Academy was. Eventually contacted the owners of the building, Pinegrove Management (01753-867030) and was informed that Nu Look Academy had moved out of the building on the 1st January. Unable to provide any contact details. I am seeking a refund of the payment made.
