Nobody offered help when I tried to rehome my rat

Nobody greeted me when I came in. Employees made eye contact with me, but not once did any of them ask if I needed help. I had called to put my rat up for adoption, which Kim told me I could do. She failed to tell me on the phone what I needed to bring, so I brought my rat in a travel cage, assuming they had a house for her.

The employees looked at me as if I should have known to bring her big cage, and I was not treated with respect, as customers should be treated. Horrible customer service, rude employees. I can assure you, I will never be coming back.
