Omg! I've had THE PRECISE encounter as that published by "badcobra" on 3/12 re: purchasing a lasting identification label for my puppy. Recurring telephone calls, same material re: "PREPARED but cannot tell when delivered, therefore, so sorry - might reprocess at free", etc., etc. I have named twice before, but I named again today and was informed to send my bank record to some boss, that we am doing today. They require me to get this done to SHOW I really taken care of the label. (Should Not that maintain their program given that they were "REPROCESSING" my purchase?) obviously, I'm blacking out anything on my bank record except the point demonstrating the $ for that label arrived of my bill. Perhaps I'll ultimately get my label after I send them. (???) After reading a lot of bad posts, I'll be interested to determine easily ACTUALLY obtain the label I requested FOUR MONTHS BEFORE.

ADDITIONALLY, after becoming a member of their "normal" dog insurance policy in Dec. my puppy was rejected due to his TYPE. Why-don't they let you know the types they WOn't protect BEFORE you remove an insurance policy? The kicker is the fact that they held creating my banking account for that regular cost FOR 2 MORE weeks following the day of the notice suffering my puppyis protection! Attempted to keep in touch with a repetition today about obtaining a reimbursement for protection they never gave me. This repetition was CONCENTRATED about the proven fact that the plan was terminated in March. He couldn't appear to understand that I had been rejected protection - along with a plan was never actually released! Yes, I did so contact about that problem in March - which was how it had been ultimately "fixed within their program" plus they ultimately quit autodrafting my banking account at that time. 24Pet View rejected insurance in my experience in DEC (I've a old notice to show this), however they got my cash for a few months! THEY OWE ME A REFUND OF $118.70. I'd to request three times, but lastly the repetition begrudgingly offered mean address in Buffalo, NY. Am likely to create them a notice (wish I had beennot provided a phony handle!) TO TRY AND encourage them to do the best point and reimbursement the cash they got out-of my banking account to get a plan they rejected to ACTUALLY ACTUALLY PROBLEM! Insane the "target" needs to undergo so much and leap through a lot of rules simply to obtain a label or perhaps a return!!!
