Terrible customer support

I usually create all my acquisitions and brushing in the Altamonte Sps FL PETCO using the exclusion of the carrier of nutro dog-food that I bought in the Orlando - Colonial Drive area. I bought a carrier of dog-food that got my 2 pets really sick. Our vet mentioned the food is infected (both pets consumed the meals for just two times before getting ill).

I went into the Altamonte Petco area using the intention to switch it, but was informed that it couldn't be traded since it wasn't bought there. I'd my charge card record and buddies card with me, but it was not adequate enough. The shop worker redirected me towards the Orlando - Colonial push area.

I'd to generate half an hour into downtown to create an exchange, undesirable. The administration there is exemplary and created the deal occur with no doubt. The team as of this area was skilled, respectful and experienced acutely poor that both of my pets got sick out of this item.

Like A customer I came across this therapy uncommon and undesirable and certainly will no further be producing any expenditures from Petco.

I posted an internet criticism to Petco and obtained a processed e-mail theme reaction from Bles N. Describing their return policy. She obviously didn't study or understand my criticism. Undesirable customer support.
