Blue Diamond Crates, homeowners are Melissa Burke and Les Burke

In December, while touring, we settled $864 to Blue Diamond Crates to get a deep red female golden retriever and created programs to choose her up a couple of days later whenever we delivered to the Arizona house. Long story short, they got our cash and we got NOTHING. Once we contacted Marana, Arizona where they apparently reside, they named and stated they'd fulfill us at an Interstate leave since their HOA "does not let guests". Next phone they stated they'd fulfill us at Article Feed Shop; next phone they'd fulfill us at Marana airport; next phone Melissa was "operating Les towards the er". Les speaks a great account. Every discussion involved what "... We've another customer of course if you do not need her, we will provide your cash back." Over the last phone, we stated we weren't relaxed conference privately of the street and never having an opportunity to observe the parents. Again they stated not a problem because they had another customer plus they might return our cash.

Which was the final telephone call where we really talked. Obviously, all potential calls we designed to them visited voice-mail, they've not return our telephone calls and e-mails haven't been answered to. They've not delivered our cash.

Also, PayPal statements to ensure their dealings. This isn't accurate. We submitted a complaint with PayPal. They shut the situation stating the vendors supplied evidence of cargo, however they wouldn't reveal (1) the way the dog [if one actually truly endured] was transported, (2) to wherever it had been shipped [because we didn't supply our Arizona house address, we are snowbirds from another condition], (3) when it had been sent.
