Rude unprofessional manager

Visited UDF July 20th at 9:30 pm with my loved ones. (6yr old and 3yr old) I had been 3rd in-line and there have been atleast 10 or even more folks behind me. The store-manager found assist and began getting all of the people behind me in the place of getting the following in-line.in the beginning, I had been frustrated, did not say something. A woman directed my loved ones out to him informing him I had been next and he covered her down, and stated no, you're. She arrived by me apologized and said she attempted. I told the lady who waited on me they should consider the following in-line the next time. She apologized for that delay type of rudely and that I quit. I went from being next in-line towards the last.

What frustrates me is that this SAME supervisor had a set within the deceased of cold winter and he was stuck, my partner selected him up and went him to function. I returned in only to create a basic recommendation that it surely could be better to pay attention to a person and consider the following in-line. All I got out was the term "Friend..." he freaked-out shouting and yelling he continues to be at the office since 4:30 am and works 101 hours per week and he simply really wants to move home to his spouse who's half an hour away. He explained I had been being absurd. He'd not stop yelling. I kept telling him to prevent shouting and he'dnot. Everybody was looking. I subsequently advised him he must be type to people and noticed that it had been my spouse who went him to function when he was stuck within the cold. He rudely stated, "not believe I actually donot do this for individuals?" Nothing could calm him down. Then he rudely stated that because it was my spouse, the next time I suppose you are able to simply visit the leading of the point. I told him I had been not requesting to visit the leading of the point. I simply assumed they ought to proceed so as, request who's next, or atleast pay attention to a person who informed him I had been next. He simply kept shouting about being overworked and seeking his partner.

Your household uses on average $500 per month as of this UDF. Not anymore. We shall NOT go to a UDF again as a result of this supervisor. He never actually apologized, simply kept yelling at the very top of his lungs. I published corporate and am expecting an answer. I told them-they have to evaluate the shop cameras since I'm not feeding. Somebody must place him under control. I recognize everybody has poor times, but it was unprofessional, uncalled-for and RUDE. He screamed just like a lunatic before each one of these households with kids.
