Not satisfied with services and customer service

I'd been getting my puppy to Petsmart for brushing for just two years. This last moment I got him they covered him thus strongly that within the locations where he was blown his skin was therefore crimson that it appeared as if when they had blown him again he'd of been bleeding. I hurried him towards the veterans immediately after and needed to spend $60.00 along with the $55.00 I'd to spend for that grooming they never completed. I've been worrying to corperate and also the shop about that because this occurred scuff of the month and was informed I'd get returned the vet visit (that we feel I ought to be returned for both) about 14 days before and also have yet to determine a check or something. They simply keep providing me the run-around and corperate simply keeps stating they'll place it inside program and also have somebody call-back within seven days but noone actually does. However whenever you call corperate they declare they cannot place you to anybody. Do not actually consider your dog there! They've no problem for pets whatsoever. After I talked using the supervisor he was more worried about what he was going through then the things they place my puppy through. It's an extremely bad customer support company and that I wouldnt need one to move there or consider there pet there. No pet deserves to become mistreated esp with a petstore at that.
