I respected (and so I believed) and slipped off my 2 pets having a completely new manger Nina at Petsmart.

She wasn't my groomer, as my groomer transferd to a different area. Everytime I get use to some groomer or brushing supervisor they often keep the shop.

This new director Nina insisted that she understood just how to lick my pets as well as insisted to lick equally, that we experienced was a little unusual when I was informed by

Her they could be prepared in 3 hours.

6 hours later I had been informed these were prepared. Upon selecting them up and obtaining them in my own vehicle I realized that one puppy had troubles under his mustache, knicks on his patches, and his ears weren't washed. Another puppy had an unequal beard, filthy ears, and he or she abraded his feet on the top when I observed his skin was irratated and equally pets were consumed with stress and dehydrated.

I called to talk to the Store-Manager Wealthy who had been unavailable, and was informed he might contact me back that night. 4 days later I named again and got him about the telephone, he

Mentioned "Oh, I had been simply calling you" I stated then why achieved it get you 4 times? He should believe all clients are fools and think all his B.S...

I began to explain there damageis and insufficient professionalism out of this groomer Nina, all Wealthy did was express again and again again he wouldn't matter a reimbursement... It was his only problem. He overtalked me when I attempted to explain how my pets were managed. He might care less, was ridiculous and violent in my experience.

Protect your pets from damage, nor visit Petsmart under any situation. It'll ultimately occur to your gorgeous pets that you simply enjoy so much and Petsmart

WOn't take any fault or handle you with regard... Maintain your pets from their grooming department. And protect them from damage!!
