Injured dog while grooming

Our german shepherd was in the Lawnside Nj Petsmart for brushing. He was at that area from 11 to 3:30 within the morning. Upon coming to choose him up the grooming manger Aimee explained he'd a little place with wash burn. While my puppy was presented He'd bruash burn so poor he was bleeding! The comb burn coated 1/2 of his body including his hip region. THAT IS PET CRUETLY! Towards the value increase... The manger quit after which waited for Vet that did not display NO aid from their store! CONTACT 911 to record them-and allow authorities observe my puppy...
