Love Amazon! - overall

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they sponsor this category!
I have used Amazon to purchase gifts and personal items for quite a while. Not once has there been a problem with product or delivery. One time, I ordered the wrong size and with one email, I had a return mailing receipt w/in an hour.
I've been able to find the most unusual items and everything sent as a gift has been well received. I'm not even going to try and guess how many times I've heard "Where did you find this?" or "You always get the best gifts!".
I could go on but you get the idea.
There is one setback to online ordering. The shipping rates can get a bit pricey but if you want convenience...
HINT: READ the customer reviews and ratings BEFORE purchase!!
