No dog and no refund!

My sweetheart and that I have now been attempting to follow a Rhodesian Ridgeback because the beginning of the year. I ran across the web site southsidedogs.com in March and approached the dog owner Frank. He quickly responded to my mail and stated he'd a kitten arising. My partner named him 24 hours later and decided to deliver a $250.00 deposit. Joe told us the puppies were likely to be created in 13 times after which after 6 to 2 months they'd prepare yourself to collect... That will have already been in the beginning of May. Therefore May comes around, we contact Joe and he informs us the puppies havent actually been created yet but she's going to take... Okay. Then we contact him the following week and he claims, "nicely, I believe shes pregnant". He claims he'll get an ultra-sound on her behalf the following week and phone us after. We decided. The following week comes around and Frank never calls. At this time my sweetheart and that I are becoming quite frustrated. Its today July but still no dog. My partner calls Joe again. He didnt obtain the ultra-sound and today gets snippy around about the telephone for requesting a lot of issue. My partner says allows call it each day and simply send us the deposit back. Joe wants. Well, today its a couple of days from sept but still no deposit back. We've named and delivered Joe numerous e-mail about our deposit to which he responds, "Your check is likely to be within the email in a few days". Your attorney actually named three times but still no deposit back. Ethical of the tale: if you should be buying ridgeback breeder in or about nyc don't utilize joe from southside pets!!!
