No refund of deposit

We caught with Appreciation Facilities in- May to get a South African Boerboel dog that had nevertheless to become created. They needed a $250 refundable deposit to ensure that us to arrange a dog. They cashed my check, #6012, on May 10. Many months later we were approached by Appreciation Facilities. They suggested the female puppy choose to go into work. Then they informed us that just one dog have been created. The next day they named us back again to state that this solitary dog hadn't survived. We'd originally decided to abandon the agreement in position within the expectations of obtaining another dog from Appreciation Facilities.
