Grooming Hurt my Dog!

I visited this petsmart area on June 10 at roughly 1:30pm. I got my pet Milo into get his ears washed and his teeth covered. I had been informed there is a bit of the delay since I have had no visit. I visited a store nearby for five units to provide them occasion enough to complete the things I settled for. After I delivered to obtain my puppy his eyes were bloodshot red, he was whimpering, had his butt between his thighs and seemed scared. They give him in my experience and his foot is gushing blood. I request anxiously what occurred to my puppy? No reaction, they hurry him to Banfield (the instore vet) and that I am informed we shall need to delay as the physician has gone out on lunchtime and also the additional physician is in surgery. I request many times what occurred to my puppy. I obtain a couple of 'we-don't understand" solutions and am informed to sit back and delay. I request the supervisor because of my discontent and he doesn't offer an "I am sorry" or any kind of sympathy but does supply me having a "we-don't manage Banfield, they're not section of Petsmart". I advise him that they're section of Petsmart since they're within the shop which I still require a solution why Petsmart injured my puppy within the grooming office. He gets aggrivated and offers no solution. Then he continues to maintain "searching hectic" every time he walks by when I watch for them to inform me what is happening with my puppy. I'm there till only a little after 3pm. Around 3pm the supervisor *again exactly the same person* Eugene was his title, involves me and have me easily need a glass or two of water. I recommend him no I do want to understand whatis happening with my puppy and just how may my puppy get injured such as this when his feet weren't handled. Then he continues to inform me he believes my pet hurt herself. I'm subsequently instructed my puppy was in a kennel however in five units there might have been no reason behind him to stay a crate. I had been not proven the intended crate that allegedly harm my valuable Milo so when I kept requesting exactly the same concerns again and again Eugene proceeded to inform me he'd stop me out-of his shop easily kept referring to it fully. I wasn't increasing my speech but was talking in a regular quantity but additional clients might hear me I am sure. Eugene explained 3 times he'd stop me out-of his shop since I kept referring to it in earshot of different clients. I recommended him I needed a solution so when my solution was provided I Would quit requesting, but that I recognize the main reason he did not need me referring to it's since additional clients might notice. He stormed down after which proceeded to contact the police on ME, informing them I had been cursing him * (that we wasn't)* plus they attempted to charge me for "troubling the peace" when I was simply resting there awaiting the physician to ultimately emerge. Whilst the physician was detailing the prescription painkillers and antibiotics he'd need to consider that is when Eugene ensured that the police arrived to frighten me. I did so nothing wrong but lay there and questioned that which was happening with my puppy. Used to donot curse anybody, or do something incorrect but cry and start to become upset that my puppy was hurt. I'm boycotting this petsmart and all my buddies are aswell. I'd motivate anyone who is near this petsmart never to consider your pet towards the grooming office. The physician at Banfield Dr. Blossoms, she mentioned that she gets a number of hurt puppies/pets, etc in the grooming division because of their neglect. I've also voiced with many aged workers, in addition to clients which have attended this petsmart store plus they have related tales and comparable difficulties with them. This really is a continuing issue that requires to prevent!!
