I find this conduct horrible and that I WOn't consider my puppy to Petsmart again.

The groomers were shocked by this kind of therapy once they found out about it where I get my pet groomed within the Danvers Petsmart.

Could you think it? No body was diciplined or dismissed.

The DM a Mr. Ray West and Stephen Healey did nothing to correct the criticism.
