Not Charging correctly and GROOMING

On 3/4/10 I went into PetSmart to buy a case of dog food (12 cans), it was 6 cans of beef and 6 cans of chicken. Well, the cashier, 408135, she tried calling up the containers individually. After I questioned her why she was performing that, her justification was the instances usually do not ring up. I informed her to go down since I had been NOT likely to purchase it since it was means greater than the situation cost, that was for sale for 7.99. She ultimately became popular the only can costs and lastly scanned in the event. She was rude as a result of this.

CAUTION they're informed to get this done, therefore PetSmart could make much more money-off of the folks.

On 3/06/10&Visited have my pet groomed there at PetSmart. I'll never do something at PetSmart again! There have been outlines where they shaved my puppy, the shears were really boring. Our puppy actually includes a really poor razor burn on his mind, today I'm needing to place medication on it so it does not get contaminated while he's damaging it. They actually charged me a cost of 62.79. We informed them we offered our puppy a bathtub before getting him, however they nevertheless did whatever they desired to do. They grinded his fingernails, which we did not request, today they're directed and therefore are clearer than before.
