Bait & Switch: Change from free shipping to $17.99

I requested 4 instances of pet food. The cost was good-and I obtained a contact confirming the purchase. Because the whole was over $100.00 they stated that the delivery was free. (View pertant section of e-mail linked below)

I had beennot getting any delivery notices, and so I named them, plus they stated that they have to make sure I was prepared to invest $17.99 on delivery. I stated "absoltuely not!" They stated that their site stated obviously that there is a delivery cost for several food. I stated there isnot, which I'd obtained a contact that mentioned in monochrome, that there was free. (See below.) They ultimately decided to stop the purchase

Appears like a sleezy procedure in my experience.
