I put an order yesterday following a screen sprang up declaring the product I had been taking a look at, if bought right-now nowadays 6-25-09 Qualified for-free delivery. An extremely little discalimer underneath the product stated some products might incure an oversize Delivery cost. After buying I had been struck having a purchase handling cost of 2.99 plus delivery costs of 12.95. Nowadays when returning for their view the oversized delivery cost is outlined at 4.95.

After I called to request my free delivery as marketed, I had been informed the product i bought is oversize whilst the the costs won't be modified, I stated that I ought to just spend the oversize cost that my purchase

Stated free delivery today just... After getting disconected 4 occasions requesting a superviser the supeviser woman stated there is nothing she would do, the delivery and handling costs might stay. But she did acknowledge the appear advertisement "purchase today screen for-free delivery" was an issue. She simply couldn't do something about this of course if I needed to protest I really could create a Mr. Richard Winters. Very Questionable, No respect for that client, deceiving methods, bad customer support, fake and deceptive Advertisements... I'll Never Buy from their store Again! Actually!
