Misrepresenting Offers - DirecTV service

New customer since October 12, about a month. Ordered setup for whole home with the understanding that I would have recorded, pause, rewind, etc, in my master bedroom with HD channels. No such thing! After they got my husband hooked up with standard equipment and by the time I figured out what was going on; they said I had only 14 days to switch my equipment. This costs a couple hundred bucks to do! Illegal Bait and Switch is what I see. As soon as I can drop them, I will!
